Faith Planner 2018

We could all use a bit more structure in our lives. One of my words for this year is structure. I’m determined to live better and think better with the help of a daily planner. I’m actually surprised I haven’t used one in the past. I’ve always been such an organizer!

I recently discovered a fun, new way to keep track of daily living. Instead of writing boring tasks in a boring weekly planner, why not make it enjoyable? There are planners available today in all different brand names, colors, designs, and sizes. I’m positive you’ll be able to find one to fit your specific needs. Now, the fun part! Shop your local craft stores where you can find oodles of stickers and stamps created especially for planners.

This is the first year I’ve ever used a planner. I really don’t have a super busy life, but I do have a lot of medical needs that need to be remembered, and honestly I sometimes forget. From RX refills, to monthly lab work, to mail-ordering medical supplies, and tons of appointments to schedule and remember. At the end of the day I have no idea how I do it all.

So, which planner have I chosen? My planner is actually only available from Faithbox, a monthly subscription service. When I opened my December box, I planned on giving the planner away at first glance, but then I realized it was a sign. I was the one who really needed it! I added some personality to my planner by applying a matching gold sticker and feather tassel charm.

I was able to shop at Michael’s when their planner supplies were fifty percent off. I’m loving the gold cross paper clips!

I’m kicking off the new year in the first week. My weekly goals are reading the bible and praying. Under the To Do section I’ve listed a few things I need to work on. The text is hard to see in the photo, but I’ve included it below:

To Do:

Love yourself first

Never give up

Practice kindness

Do your best

Focus on what’s important

Supplies List:

Exclusive Faithbox planner

Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Small Talk Sticker Book

Creative Year Phrases Stamp Set

Illustrated Faith Word Nerd Devotional Kit (SALE!)

Illustrated Faith Beloved Society *Digital Download*

Gold Washi Tape

I even managed to score a small container (Only $2.99!) to store all of my planning supplies together for easy and quick access. I decorated the front with stickers from a planner sticker book.

I searched everywhere trying to find planner stamps associated with church. I finally found a whole set on Etsy from Bella Creationz! I’m so in love with them ♥♥♥

Join me in celebrating the new year with a fresh start and don’t look back! You’re not going that way. You’re here, right now. Make it count!

I’m giving away a planner! Find out how you can win.

  1. Love this! I’m always forgetting important dates and appointments and this is the perfect way to help me organize my week! Love the idea of Biblical quotes for inspiration which I definitely need. Thanks Amber for a great idea!
