  1. I love journaling because it’s my own personal thoughts…clears my mind an gets me into that uiet place my journal is not judgmental it allows me to speak freely an declutter my mind..even find myself an learn who I am as a person,mother an friend…draws me closer to God…

  2. So pleased you were spotlighted over on Christy’s blog! I look forward to getting to know you here on your blog – you are truly an inspiration! I love journaling because it frees my mind of “emotional clutter” so that I can be more focused in my life. Write it down, let it go. Feels good! I also enjoy journaling to my kids (for their eyes when I am gone). It’s one way of making sure they know I was paying attention while they were growing up, that I love them more than anything, and so I can tell them about things I can’t talk to them about while they are kids (just in case opportunity doesn’t come up when they are grown up).
